· By PRO, regarding manners etiquettes and protocol related matters
· By Head of Public Relations and Protocol, regarding administrative matters
· By Head of Conference Venue, Facilities and infrastructure, regarding layout of conference venues
10.15am-10.30 am : Q & A Session
10.30 am-11.00 am : Refreshment
11.00 am-12.30 noon: Briefing and Job allocations to Students Volunteers by Heads of Committees
(Students Volunteers will be grouped according to Committee)
12.30 noon-1.00 pm : Visit to Venues (according to group)
1.00 pm : Lunch & disperse
