©The Star (Used by permission) PETALING JAYA: Too many people are not represented in criminal trials and this is very troubling, says Bar Council chairman Ragunath Kesavan. He said the constitutional guarantee of the right to legal representation was meaningless if a person was unable to get a lawyer because of insufficient means.
